Built by Apple co-founders Steve Jobs and Steve Wozniak, and one of only 100 produced, the Apple I went under the hammer at Christie's auction house with Wozniak looking on. It was snapped up by computer fan Francesco Boglione.
As well as the device itself, Boglione received the product's box, instructions and a personal letter from Steve Jobs.
