Labour leader Ed Miliband has issued an appeal to Liberal Democrat ministers to jump ship from the coalition and join him in fighting against Conservative policies.
Mr Miliband's offer came as senior Lib Dems called for a change in the tone of the party's relations with the Tories in the wake of their disastrous showing in this week's elections.

Greek Prime Minister George Papandreou on Saturday denied there was even unofficial discussion over Greece quitting the euro zone and asked that his troubled country be "left alone to finish its task".

Lakshmi Mittal, the steel tycoon, is again Britain’s richest man but, surprisingly, is also the biggest loser. The global financial crisis has seen his fortune fall by a fifth to £17 billion. Alisher Usmanov, the Russian mining magnate, has risen to become Britain’s second richest man after more than doubling his wealth to £12.4 billion.

The PCC’s plan is to try and separate out a journalists’ public and private tweets. All newspaper’s official Twitter feeds are expected to be fully regulated.
According to The Guardian the PCC wants every newspaper to create a ‘Twitter policy’ which lets every reporter know which accounts are considered to be part of its editorial output.

He’s created a mini-computer ensconced on a USB stick which goes by the name of the Raspberry Pi, named after the UK based charity – the Raspberry Pi Foundation – which is set to produce it.
