Mt. Gox, considered one of the greatest Bitcoin stock exchanges in the world, with more than one million accounts in Japan and other countries, published in its website that the cease of transactions was due to a technical failure in the system.

The two Muslim fanatics who murdered soldier Lee Rigby in south-east London have been sentenced to life in prison.
Michael Adebolajo, 29, and Michael Adebowale, 22, mowed the young soldier down in a car before hacking him to death in front of horrified onlookers near Woolwich barracks on May 22 last year.

Chinese authorities have formally arrested a prominent scholar of China's Uighur Muslim ethnic group and charged him with separatism, his wife says.
Ilham Tohti, an economics professor in Beijing, has been critical of China's ethnic policies. He has been detained by police since last month. The US and EU have expressed concern over Mr Tohti's detention.
