Eurostar launches e320 train with space for 900 passengers | The Guardian

Eurostar has unveiled the first train in its upgraded fleet that will boost seat numbers by 20%.
The cross-Channel train operator also announced an order of seven more high-speed trains from Siemens, and said the first of the 17 e320 trains, worth almost £1bn, will go into service late next year.

Toyota to begin selling hydrogen fuel cell car Mirai for first time | The Guardian

The world’s largest carmaker announced on Tuesday that it will begin selling fuel cell cars in Japan on 15 December, 2014, and in the US and Europe in mid-2015. The sporty-looking, four-door Toyota Mirai will retail for 6.7m yen (US$57,600) before taxes. Toyota Motor Corp hopes to sell 400 in Japan and 300 in the rest of the world in the first year.
