Honda struck by 40GB data breach - PrivSec Report

Honda Motor Company has suffered a massive data breach after an unsecured Elasticsearch database belonging to the company was discovered to be exposing confidential files.
The lost data relates to the firm’s internal systems and devices, with the firm believing that documents compromised may total 134 million.
The unsecured data mine was found by security researcher, Justin Paine, who said the incident has exposed around 40GB of material concerning Honda’s global networks and company workers.

Iran says it seized Iraqi oil tanker in Gulf, arrested seven sailors - Haaretz.com

Iran's Revolutionary Guards Corps has seized an Iraqi oil tanker in the Gulf that was smuggling fuel to some Arab states, Iran's state TV reported, adding that seven sailors onboard of the tanker had been detained.
This is the third such seizure of a vessel in recent weeks.
The vessel was intercepted near Iran's Farsi Island in the Gulf, Iran's semi-official Fars news agency said. Lebanon's al-Mayadeen TV station reported that it was seized on Wednesday.

Sudan rivals sign historic constitution declaration for transition to civilian rule

Sudan’s ruling generals and protest leaders have signed a constitutional declaration that paves the way for a transition to civilian rule, a hard-fought agreement that came after a long period of negotiations following the overthrow of President Omar al-Bashirin the wake of mass protests.
General Mohamed Hamdan Dagalo, the deputy head of the Transitional Military Council (TMC), and Ahmed Rabie, a protest leader, signed the declaration on Sunday at a ceremony in the capital, Khartoum, that was attended by African Union and Ethiopian mediators, Aljazeera reported.
The document builds on a power-sharing deal agreed to last month and provides for a joint civilian-military ruling body to oversee the formation of a transitional civilian government and parliament to govern for a period of a little more than three years until elections can be held, according to Aljazeera.

Teenager arrested after child 'thrown off' Tate Modern | Metro News

A woman screamed ‘He’s my son! He’s my son!’ after a six-year-old boy was thrown from a tenth floor viewing platform at the Tate Modern.
The little boy was found on a fifth floor roof just before 3pm and flown to hospital in an air ambulance, where he is in a critical condition.
A 17-year-old has been arrested on suspicion of attempted murder, the Met Police confirmed.

Dolphin mom adopts whale calf - a first

In 2014, researchers spotted a bottlenose mother caring for an unusual-looking male calf, along with what was presumed to be her biological calf, in coastal waters off French Polynesia.
While bottlenose dolphins have slender beaks, the mysterious one-month-old’s beak was short and blunt. Eventually, the scientists identified the orphan as a melon-headed whale-an entirely different species and genus of dolphin.
