Scottish officials investigating the Lockerbie plane bombing interviewed Libyan ex-foreign minister Mussa Kussa, who recently defected, the Scottish government confirmed.
Scottish police met the former "right-hand man" of Libyan leader Moamer Kadhafi to establish the extent of his knowledge of the 1988 bombing, the country's public prosecutor's office said.
