US military forces have launched morning anti-terror raids across Africa, moving to capture prominent leaders from both the al-Qa’ida and al-Shabaab movements. Troops described by witnesses as “commandos” seized al-Qa’ida’s Nazih Abdul-Hamed al-Ruqai, known by his alias Anas al-Libi, outside his home in Tripoli, Libya.

Nestle has won a court battle with confectionery rival Cadbury, over Cadbury's attempt to trademark the purple colour of its Dairy Milk bars. Last year Cadbury won a legal case to stop other chocolate firms using the colour - known as Pantone 2865c.
