With all ballots counted on October 26, the Social Democrats led by former minister Bohuslav Sobotka have 20.4 percent of the votes. Holding second place is ANO, led by billionaire businessman Andrej Babis, with 18.6 percent of the votes. In third place are the Communists, led by Vojtech Filip, with 14.9 percent.

A south London house said to be the most expensive council home in the UK is to be sold at auction, with a reserve of ￡2.3m. Built in around 1820, the Borough property is believed to have housed Anchor Brewery managers before it was taken over by the brewer Courage.

David Beckham has reportedly been involved in a car crash outside his Beverley Hills home. Police were called to the scene after Beckham, 38, appeared to have pulled out of the hedge-lined driveway to his mansion and immediately collided head-on with a another car.
