The broadcaster is planning to switch off all seven of its channels to encourage viewers to get off their comfortable sofas and instead go outside and exercise in celebration of the Rio Olympics.
Instead of their usual shows, viewers tuning in on Saturday August 27 at 9.30am will be greeted with the message: "We've gone running - why don't you join us?"
